Man Vs. Wild

Has anybody else watched this program? It's a very interesting, amusing (and almost always disgusting) survival program. I like watching it; I think he is funny and a great guy. However, no matter what I can say about him, all this is overshadowed by the below video:

Whenever he eats something like this, he always tries to reassure you that they're a good source of protein.
