Then look up "ipconfig" and find out how to use that. I don't know the exact instructions for IP config.

Also, you really should have a router. The simpled plugged in ones can cost lost 20 dollars and it lets you plug in multiple devices. Even better get wireless. But desktops don't NEED wireless if that is what you have.

Ah well.I used to have a router,but i gave it to my cousin.
