well i´m the best ranked and i have enough GP to start one . Or i could just wait until you reach Staff Sargeant 1st class and gather enough game points .

Well to add friends you just right click on the screen name of the guy you want to add , select "Add to friends " , and invitation will be sent to the other person and he has to accept it .
