Reposted since some moron deleted it.

1. Open autoexec.cfg in your AVP2 dir with notepad.
2. Paste "Windowed" "1" at the top.
3. Save changes.
4. Run game.


How to remove:
-Delete the line.
If that doesn't work,
-Replace 1 with 0.
